Each assortment has been harvested by hand and carefully selected to ensure a good variety and quality of moss is in each pack. We strive to include at least 5 different varieties (sometimes more). Please note - some varieties are seasonal and not always available at certain times of the year.
 
Super easy to use and take care of, avoid direct sunlight and mist with water when slightly pale or dry. For best results, avoid the use of tap water as this can harm the moss over time. Ideally use rain water, spring or distilled. We recommend high humidity and a soil mix that is slightly acidic - neutral PH with good drainage. With the right conditions, moss can adhere to woods, rocks and other porous surfaces.

All Ladyfern moss is sustainably grown and harvested fresh from our family run farm in SA without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Everything is grown, monitored and regenerated on site and never over harvested to meet demand. We do not harvest or forage on public lands, and maintain an ethical standard by which we follow strictly.
 
Our tree-free takeaway containers are made from rapidly renewable sugarcane pulp, a by-product of the sugar refining industry, and have a clear PLA lid which is made from plants not oil, and are certified industrially compostable.
